Fitness training in Flagstaff.

For the progress you just earned: coaching that keeps it, built on what your body can actually handle, from people who already know your history.

What It Is

Keep what you worked for.

You did the rehab. You showed up on the bad weeks. Then discharge came, and nobody told you what to do with the progress. Most programs are written for a body with no history, so a generic progression finds your old problem, usually a few weeks in.

Fitness training here starts from what your movement evaluation shows, then uses graded loading and movement retraining to add strength at a rate your body can absorb.

It is coaching, not rehab. This is the Prevent phase made concrete: the work that holds on to what months of rehab bought you. Dr. Crystal Geer, DPT, CSCS holds the strength and conditioning credential behind it, and a licensed physical therapist watches how you move while you build.

What It Helps

Where fitness training shines.

If training keeps waking up an old problem, the progression is usually the reason. Progress you stop maintaining is progress you end up paying for twice.

Coaching on the movement, not just the number.

Programming behind a real CSCS credential.

Questions, Answered

Fitness training, no mystery.

No. Fitness training is about capacity, not repair. If something does flare while you train, you are already in the right building, and we adjust the progression instead of stopping everything.

The coaching is hands-on either way. The difference is the starting point: your program comes out of a movement evaluation by a licensed physical therapist, so the progression accounts for the history your body already has. Dr. Crystal Geer, DPT, CSCS holds the strength and conditioning credential behind the programming.

Yes, and most people should. We build the progression, coach the movement, and give you the version you can run on your own in between, in the gym or on the trail. Questions before you start? Call us at (928) 440-3106.
