What It Is

One clinician. One plan. An endpoint.

You leave your first visit knowing what is actually wrong, what it takes to fix it, and how you will know it is working. That is what a cause-first evaluation buys you.

Because pain that keeps coming back usually starts somewhere other than where it hurts. A joint that stopped moving. A muscle that stopped carrying its share. A pattern your body built to protect the sore spot. We test for that, then treat it, then reload the area that has to hold up.

No room full of machines. No printout of exercises. You work one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, and every visit moves the plan forward through its four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent.

What It Helps

Where physical therapy shines.

If a joint or a muscle has been deciding what you do with your day, the cause is usually something we can test and treat. You are the one everyone else leans on, so you put yourself last and got good at working around it. Pain rarely waits with you: the longer an area moves badly, the more your body builds around it. Point to what sounds like your week.

What A Session Looks Like

Three steps, one visit.

1

We find what is actually causing it.

2

We treat that, hands on.

3

We retrain the movement, same visit.

Why It Works

Four reasons this round is different.

Treats the cause, not just the sore spot.

One-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit.

Hands-on work plus graded loading.

Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent: a plan with an endpoint.

Questions, Answered

Physical therapy, no mystery.

In Arizona you do not need a physician referral to start physical therapy. You can book, get evaluated, and get started. The exception: Medicare, Medicaid, and a few other plans do require one. Tell us which plan you carry and we will tell you where you stand before your first visit.

That depends on where you went. Here you work one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit. We treat the cause we find in your movement evaluation instead of the spot that hurts. And your plan runs four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent, so it has an endpoint instead of an open-ended schedule.

We accept most major insurance plans, but we will not guess at your specific coverage. Call us at (928) 440-3106 with your insurance details and we will go through your coverage with you before you commit to anything, and the call costs you nothing either way.
