We test the whole chain.
Muscle, joint, tendon, or nerve pain, and no idea what to call it: we test the whole chain, treat what we find, and give you a plan with an endpoint.
What It Is
You do not need to know what is wrong to start. You have been calling it your shoulder thing, or your hip thing, because nobody ever gave it a better name. That is not on you.
Musculoskeletal care covers the whole system that moves you: muscles, joints, tendons, bones, and the nerves running through them. When one link stops doing its share, the link next to it takes the extra load and starts to complain.
So we test the whole chain first, then treat the link that actually failed. Hands-on joint and soft tissue work pairs with graded loading, and we recheck the same measures so you can see the change. One-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit.
Cause first, every time
What It Helps
If a joint, muscle, tendon, or nerve is limiting what you do, one link in the chain is usually the reason. You do not have to name it first. Waiting until you can is how one sore area turns into two.
What A Session Looks Like
1
We test the whole chain.
2
Hands-on work on the link that failed.
3
We load it back up, same visit.
Why It Works
Aimed at the cause, not the sore spot.
Hands-on work plus graded loading.
One plan for the whole chain.
Measures rechecked so you see change.

Questions, Answered
Expect work that respects the pain you came in with, not work that flares it. Testing, hands-on treatment, and loading all stay in a range you can tolerate, and we tell you what to expect before we start. You are in control the whole time.
Musculoskeletal (MSK) care is the umbrella term: it describes treating bone, joint, muscle, and tendon problems. Physical therapy is how that care gets delivered here, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, from the first evaluation through the last visit of the plan.
In Arizona, no. You can start physical therapy without a physician referral, so you do not have to wait on an appointment to get an appointment. Medicare, Medicaid, and a few other plans do require one, and we will tell you if yours is one of them. Questions before then? Call us at (928) 440-3106.
